In January this year, I was hired by the Science Museum Group as Brand Client Project Manager for two months, to manage the rebranding process at the National Railway Museum in York. This included the redevelopment of two entrances, all signage, uniforms and printed matter, plus the creation of a marketing campaign for the launch. I helped to develop the brief and scope of work for the project in consultation with the project team and board. I managed the project schedule, identifying all the strands that would be needed, and ensured the teams involved received coherent and comprehensive instruction and feedback for each.
