Science Museum Group — Design Research and Strategy
I was commissioned by the Science Museum Group to undertake a research project looking into how design services are managed and procured across the five museums that make up the organisation. The Group is in the middle of a significant rebrand and for the first time the museums will share the same core identity. My research provides an assessment of how each museum approaches design, what support they are given and how successful the processes are. I interviewed over 40 members of staff to hear their insights and thematically analysed the results, producing a report on my findings with strategies for improvement.
